What to expect
When you join the 8-Week Guide to Wellness Challenge, you will receive an on-boarding email detailing how to get started.
You will join our private Facebook group where weekly meal plans/ recipes, weekly workouts and links to all live sessions will be posted.
Our weekly live group sessions are all held on zoom and will cover topics from foundations of nutrition, mental health, pelvic floor health, skin health, to gut health, wellness myth busting and more.
Expect daily check-ins in the group with our mental health expert.
1 live group fitness session a week from our personal trainer coming to you all the way from South Africa.
